Returns Info

Returns are accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase.

All items must be unused and in original condition.

Items will be inspected on return and you will be notified when your return is issued.

We do not accept exchanges. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any defects or damages.

Returns Process

To start a refund, please email us on tbonecollection@gmail.com or use the contact page.

Please include the following details on your email:

• Order number
• Name and number of items being returned
• A brief reason for the return

As soon as we receive your email we will provide relevant information and return address.

Note: Shipping cost are non-refundable except in the case of faulty items.
